Business Analyst – Healthcare

We’re seeking an Interim Business Analyst to support a large and complex healthcare organisation during a significant period of change. Operating at both strategic and delivery levels, you’ll partner with the planning function to shape transformation priorities and ensure technology investment delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key initiatives include improvements across clinical and corporate services, such as digital assessment tools, stock and inventory management, and core back-office systems. You’ll lead on gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements, mapping current and target processes, and building strong business cases to support investment decisions.

Working closely with delivery teams, architects, and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure requirements are clear, achievable, and aligned to organisational goals.

This role suits a pragmatic, detail-oriented Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience of working in complex, regulated, or service-focused sectors. A track record in healthcare or large-scale transformation programmes will be highly advantageous.

The work will dictate the amount of onsite required (typically once per month). This has been deemed outside IR35.
