A leading law firm currently require an experienced Business Change Lead to join their team in London.
The successful Business Change Lead will have extensive experience in analysing and refining inputs to maximise productivity. The role would require implementing effective change management tools and practices, with a proven track record of doing so in highly complex organisations.
The role would involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, therefore strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience working with legal systems and a Change Management certification are also a necessity.
My client take a hybrid approach to their working setup, with 3-4 days per week required in the office.
