I am seeking a dynamic Lead Business Analyst to shape and drive change at the heart of a leading UK university. This is a pivotal role, leading the application of expert business analysis across a portfolio of strategic projects that directly influence teaching, research, and student experience.
You’ll partner with senior leaders, shaping business cases, tracking benefits realisation, and ensuring investment decisions deliver maximum value. With responsibility for leading and mentoring a small team of Business Analysts, you’ll set best practice, build capability, and champion innovative ways of working across the organisation.

This role has been deemed outside IR35, this will be for 6 months initially with a strong chance of further work.
