Purpose of processing:

Cadence Resourcing Ltd securely stores your data on our CRM which is housed on a secure offsite cloud based server.

Cadence Resourcing Ltd will continue to process your data in order to find relevant job opportunities to present you with; the processing will include running specific searches against a number of criteria from the information we have gathered and from the criteria our client has given us.

Cadence Resourcing Ltd will not use any form of automated decision making when assessing your suitability for opportunities.

Cadence Resourcing Ltd also plans to use your data to communicate relevant opportunities to you via phone, email and SMS.

Cadence Resourcing Ltd will, on some occasions, process your data for internal reporting reasons such as reviewing the number of candidates on our CRM. These reports will not be shared with third parties but anonymised reports may be discussed and shared (not including any specific personal data).

Data Retention:

Cadence Resourcing Ltd will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services.

Cadence Resourcing Ltd must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pension’s auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.

Sharing data:

Cadence Resourcing Ltd will not share your data with any third parties unless you have given explicit written consent, this consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Security of your personal information;

Cadence Resourcing Ltd house your data on a secured server, encrypted and backed up, backups are held offsite at a secure location.

All of the software used to process and store your data is password protected and is accessed by authorised employees only.

Your rights:

Rectification and Erasure:

You have the right to choose who holds your data. If you do not wish Cadence Resourcing Ltd to hold your data, you have the right to have any personal data we hold on you corrected and or deleted. If this is the case, please communicate this in writing to gdpr@cadenceresourcing.com providing details of the data you wish to be corrected OR if you wish to have your data deleted. We will then respond within 30 days of receipt of request.
