Transformation Project Manager
Project Manager, Transformation, Organisational Change Implementation, Workforce Transition, Organisational restructuring, Change Management, Office re-locations – experienced Project Manager required by global company to plan and deliver the transition from current state to my client’s signed off target operating model. The role will involve implementation planning, workforce transition delivery and leading cross functional teams across HR, Facilities and Technology.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Prince 2 and / or PMP Certified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex organisational restructuring projects including workforce transitions allied with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage complexity. Previous experience with global office moves and consolidation projects is desirable.
