Workplace Infrastructure Lead – London/Hybrid
A complex commercial organisation is looking for a senior engineer-leader to run a team responsible for end-user computing and collaboration platforms at scale. You’ll set direction, coach engineers, and oversee delivery of secure, reliable services across devices, identity and productivity tooling.
Working alongside architecture and delivery leadership, you’ll translate designs into supportable solutions, improve deployment consistency, and push a shift toward automation and repeatable engineering patterns. You’ll also drive operational discipline across change, incidents, problem management and performance.
You’ll bring proven experience leading infrastructure teams in enterprise environments, strong Microsoft workplace expertise (Windows, cloud identity, device management, messaging/collaboration), and the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver organisation-wide change.
