Enterprise Architect – HR / Finance / ERP

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to hire an Enterprise Architect to shape technology strategy across core back-office platforms including HR, Finance, and ERP.

You’ll lead the design of scalable, integrated architectures that modernise legacy systems and enable efficient, data-driven operations. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll define target architecture, support business cases, and ensure technology choices are commercially sound and aligned to long-term strategy.

Working across agile teams and transformation programmes, you’ll provide architectural leadership to ensure solutions are delivered strategically. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, collaborate with third-party providers, and guide teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

We’re looking for a pragmatic, influential architect with strong experience across HRIS, finance systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise integration within complex environments.

A key role driving the evolution of critical business systems.
