1st Line Support – Team Leader

Are you a skilled leader with expertise in Microsoft products? My client is looking for a 1st Line Support Team Leader to guide their support team and ensure top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of 1st line support technicians.
* Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolutions.
* Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies.
* Collaborate with IT teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 1st line support leadership role (essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory).
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
* ITIL certification is a plus.

3 month initial contract, inside IR35, 5 days onsite in Bath.
