Business Analyst – Public Sector

My client, a large public sector organisation are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a key member, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyse processes, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems within the public sector domain.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
* Develop detailed business cases, requirement documents, and functional specifications.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and alignment on project objectives.
* Utilise data analysis techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Develop new ways of working.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
