Business Analyst – Privileged Access Management (PAM)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major privileged access management programme with one of our clients.

You’ll work across Security, Infrastructure, Service Management and PAM teams to design secure, auditable access processes covering privileged access requests, approvals, activation, monitoring and governance.

Key responsibilities:
* Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops
* Map current processes and design future-state PAM workflows
* Define business, functional and integration requirements
* Design Just-in-Time access and approval processes
* Ensure appropriate separation of duties and least-privilege controls
* Align PAM workflows with ServiceNow change and request management
* Identify opportunities for API-led automation
* Produce process maps, governance documentation and RACI matrices
* Assess risks, dependencies and operational impacts

Required experience:
* Strong BA experience within PAM, IAM, cyber security or infrastructure programmes
* Knowledge of privileged access, JIT access and Tier 0 environments
* Experience working with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust or similar platforms
* ServiceNow workflow or integration experience
* Excellent process-design, requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills

The role has been deemed outside IR35, and the work will dictate the amount of onsite required (2 or 3 times per month).
