Business Change Manager – Higher Education

My client are looking for a Business Change Manager with demonstrable previous experience working in Higher Education institutions to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

The successful contractor will be well-versed in delivering end-to-end technology led Business Change in large, complex public sector environments. Previous experience gained working in the Higher Education sector is essential, allied with strong stakeholder management skills and experience of working with academic, non-academic and student stakeholder groups.

Strong benefits mapping experience is required, as the Business Change Manager will produce benefits profiles and benefits realisations plans. The BCM will manage resistance to change, resolving misunderstandings and creating a desire for change.

Previous experience of working on student assessment focussed projects would be desirable, allied with a solid understanding of the higher education environment and the challenges encountered managing business change within this space.

This role requires a weekly presence onsite and is deemed Outside IR35.
