Change & Delivery Lead
We are looking for an experienced contractor to take on a Change & Delivery Lead engagement within a high-profile, global location strategy and real estate optimisation programme. The initiative involves location closures, footprint reduction, and transitions to new sites, and this role is central to ensuring those changes land effectively across the organisation.
You will own the integrated programme plan, run governance, and coordinate delivery across Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Operations – bringing an enterprise lens to regional execution.
To be considered, you will need a strong contracting track record that includes hands-on experience managing organisational change in the context of location or real estate strategy – specifically across site transitions, consolidations, or workplace transformation programmes. You should be comfortable hitting the ground running: leading change impact assessments, developing change narratives in partnership with HR and Communications, and managing a complex, senior stakeholder group across multiple geographies. A formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ or equivalent) and proven application of change management frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR are required.
This is a senior, cross-functional engagement with significant executive exposure. You will need to be confident operating with ambiguity, translating complexity into clear narratives, and holding workstream owners accountable across a matrixed, global organisation. Experience delivering in multi-region contexts is essential.
