My client are looking for an experienced Digital Adoption Platform specialist who has a demonstrable track record of leading on the implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms such as Whatfix, WalkMe and Apty.

The successful contractor will be well versed at delivering end-to-end implementations of new Digital Adoption Platforms, including defining the processes and capabilities required to successfully implement a Digital Adoption Platform before leading on the implementation and user adoption activities.

An in-depth understanding of Digital Adoption Platforms is required, including their technical setup, ability to integrate with other applications, configure platform settings, user management, and security configuration. Previous experience of implementing a DAP as part of a large technology change projects within complex technical environments is essential. This roles requires experience of integrating DAPs with enterprise applications and authentication systems.

This role will include working with in-house IT teams and external vendors, therefore strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Responsibilities will include working with teams to optimise the use of the DAP, establish a Centre of Excellence and create governance structures.

This Outside IR35 contract requires a weekly presence onsite.
