ERP Business Analyst

As an ERP Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain management, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operations by leveraging your expertise in ERP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement ERP solutions that optimize our supply chain processes. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain principles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders from the supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements or customizations.
Configure and customize the ERP system to align with supply chain requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of ERP system configurations related to the supply chain.
Collaborate with development teams to define technical specifications and coordinate the development and deployment of customizations or integrations related to the supply chain.
Provide end-user training and support, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution related to the ERP system’s supply chain functionality.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and ERP systems.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ERP systems and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably with expertise in supply chain modules or functionalities.
Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting process analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Ability to configure and customize ERP systems to align with supply chain requirements.
Familiarity with integration methodologies, data migration, and system testing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
