Head of Digital Delivery
Head of Digital Delivery required by large complex public sector organisation. The successful contractor will be responsible for user-centred digital services in an agile way, demonstrating the benefits to the organisation. You will be able to clearly articulate Digital Transformation at Board level, including digital strategy and service definition and implementation options and progress.
You will lead on my clients digital operating model, including technology, that adapts, enables, and supports my client’s objectives.
You will promote agile ways of working with defined metrics to demonstrate performance and user-focused outcomes.
You will own 6 or more pilots including a new mobile application.
This role has been deemed outside IR35 and the work will dictate the amount of onsite presence (likely to be 1-2 days per week in Bristol.
It is essential this contractor has experience working within the public sector / large complex organisations.
