My large, dynamic client are looking for an experienced Head of PMO to join their team and manage a PMO function supporting 4 large portfolios of work.

The successful Head of PMO will manage a team of Delivery and Reporting Portfolio Analysts and PMO resources to ensure effective delivery across portfolios with clear reporting and defined governance.

Duties will include managing end-to-end planning cycles, financial management, dependency mapping and reporting. The Head of PMO will also have to maintain a good overall view of the individual portfolios, working with the PMO team to maintain roadmap forecasts and financial management.

This role will include maintaining the end-to-end delivery plan, dependency and risk management and ensuring these are consistently tracked along with issues and decisions. The Head of PMO will also drive governance, managing frameworks and ensuring clear decision making.

Extensive previous experience of leading teams within a fast-paced PMO is essential, allied with excellent stakeholder management and resource planning skills.

This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days a week expected onsite and flexibility where required.
