Are you a tech-savvy IT Support contractor with experience 2nd line support for Windows and MacOS?
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the 1st line support team.
Provide exceptional support for Windows 10/11 & MacOS enviroments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure prompt and effective customer service.
Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in 1st line support, especially with Windows 10/11 and MacOS
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This role has been deemed inside IR35 and will be 5 days onsite in Plymouth.
