Are you a tech-savvy IT Support contractor with experience 2nd line support for Windows and MacOS?

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd Line Support to users
* Provide exceptional support for Windows 10/11 & MacOS enviroments
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Ensure prompt and effective customer service.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in 2nd line support, especially with Windows 10/11 and MacOS
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role has been deemed inside IR35 and will be 5 days onsite in Bath.
