Programme Administrator – IT

IT Programme Administrator, IT Project Administrator, Programme Co-ordination, Global Technology Programme – experienced Programme Administrator required by large organisation to provide administration expertise to large, global technology implementation programme. The role will involve meeting scheduling, diary management, bookings and taking meeting minutes allied with responsibility for the upkeep of RAID and Lesson Learned logs. The successful candidate will be an experienced Project / Programme Administrator, detail focused, pro-active with excellent interpersonnel skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience of working on global projects is desirable but not essential. This exciting role is offered on an inside IR35 basis and will be remote working but then based on site in Oxfordshire as soon as conditions allow.
