Programme Administrator – third party contracts
Programme Administrator, Project Administrator, Programme Support, IT Services Providers, Third Party Contracts, Service Now, Contract Management – experienced Programme Administrator required by global organisation to lead an exercise to improve the management of 500 + contracts with third party technology suppliers. The first phase of the role will be a discovery exercise to identify these contracts and consolidate them into a central repository and provide support to the technology and procurement teams as they look to rationalise the contracts. The second part of the role is to produce and document new administration processes to support efficient contract management and contract renewals. The successful contractor will be an experienced Project / Programme Administrator, well organised, experienced with the technology operations environment and used to working with stakeholders and users at all levels. Experience with and understanding of third party contracts and/or experience gained within procurement teams is highly desirable. Knowledge of Service Now is beneficial though not essential.
