Project Manager – Clinical & Business Transformation

We’re supporting a specialist consultancy that is partnering with a healthcare end client in London and is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver clinical and business transformation projects.

The role will involve managing a portfolio of projects focused on improving clinical services, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes within an NHS / healthcare environment. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, operational leads, and senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into structured, well-governed delivery.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, development of project plans and governance, risk and dependency management, stakeholder engagement, and supporting service redesign and change initiatives.

We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering projects within the NHS or wider healthcare sector, a strong understanding of clinical environments, and a track record of delivering business transformation or change initiatives.

Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior and clinical stakeholders are essential. Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile or similar) are desirable.
