My client are looking for a Project Manager who has successfully delivered the implementation of a number of HR and WFM systems to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

The successful Project Manager will have strong experience of working with a HR systems, particularly implementing and rolling out workforce management systems. Experience of working with PeopleXD or CoreHR is highly desirable, though work with other leading workforce management HR systems would suffice.

This role will involve leading the roll out of a new PeopleXD workforce management system across a large, complex organisation. As well as project managing the transition to this new system, the successful Project Manager will also lead on the capture of missing process maps, streamlining of processes and further project work to enhance the systems capabilities and functionality.

Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to effectively manage third-party suppliers and in house teams.

This is a hybrid role but a weekly presence onsite is required.
