Security Solutions Architect – Microsoft Sentinel & Purview DLP

We are working with a leading organisation operating within a highly regulated industry, looking for an experienced Security Solutions Architect to support two key security initiatives.

This is a hands-on design and delivery role, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between security architecture, technical integration and implementation.

Key responsibilities:
– Design and support the implementation of a repeatable integration pattern to extract security logs from complex third-party applications into Microsoft Sentinel.
– Define approaches for log collection, data ingestion and integration, leveraging Azure Data Factory where appropriate.
– Design and support the initial implementation of a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capability using Microsoft Purview.
– Work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

Key experience:
– Strong Microsoft Sentinel / Azure security architecture experience.
– Experience designing SIEM integrations, log ingestion pipelines and custom connectors.
– Knowledge and experience of Azure Data Factory and Azure integration services.
– Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft Purview DLP solutions.
– Strong solution architecture skills, with the ability to support technical delivery.
– Experience integrating complex third-party systems within regulated environments.

The role has been deemed outside IR35, with onsite attendance dictated by the work required, anticipated to be approximately once per month.
