Senior Business Analyst
We’re supporting a leading London university in the implementation of Worktribe as part of a major transformation of its research management capability.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders across Research Services and IT, leading discovery, requirements gathering and business process improvement. You’ll map current (“as-is”) processes, define future (“to-be”) operating models, produce high-quality requirements and support the successful delivery of the new platform.
Experience with reporting requirements, data analysis and complex stakeholder engagement will be essential.
Previous experience delivering Worktribe or other Research Management System implementations within Higher Education is highly desirable.
This contract has been deemed Outside IR35, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement and occasional travel to the London campus as required.
