Service Analyst – Online Products

Service Analyst, Support Analyst, Service Desk, Service Support, On-line product support, online products, troubleshooting, problem escalation – experienced Service Analyst required by global organisation to provide 1st/2nd line support to online product websites. Working as part of a small team resolving user issues via a service desk ticketing system, the role will involve working closely with development teams, system users and third-party providers to provide efficient resolution of online product issues. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting online products and web platforms allied with excellent communication / user engagement skills and excellent on-line product technical troubleshooting ability. Any knowledge of XML and / or JavaScript is desirable but not essential. This exciting role is offered with remote working.
