We’re recruiting an experienced GTM & Operations Project Manager to take ownership of a critical commercial workstream for our dynamic, high-growth, global client. You’ll be embedded within a fast-moving programme, working closely with sales and marketing leadership to deliver operational change across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. GTM & operations requirements
This role demands an experienced Project Manager with a genuine commercial operations background. You’ll need to understand how sales and marketing functions operate end-to-end, navigate the complexity of business separation, and bring structure to workstreams that span multiple teams and systems.

*Solid grounding in Sales and/or Marketing Operations – you understand how these functions run day-to-day
*Direct experience of commercial operations within a business separation or divestiture context
*Confident engaging with commercial and operational leaders to align on priorities and dependencies
*Familiarity with revenue operations or go-to-market tooling and processes

Beyond the commercial expertise, the role requires a Project Manager who is genuinely delivery-focused – someone who takes ownership, builds trust quickly with business stakeholders, and keeps things moving when the path isn’t clear. You should be equally comfortable in a whiteboard session and a governance review.

*At least 5 years delivering as a hands-on Project Manager, with a track record of owning outcomes end-to-end
*Experience leading workstreams as part of a larger, structured programme
*Able to create clarity in ambiguous situations – building plans, identifying risks, and driving decisions
*Strong communicator with senior business stakeholders across commercial and operational functions
*Delivery evidence you can speak to: project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, governance cadence
*This is a workstream execution role – not programme management, not portfolio oversight
