Programme Manager

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager with a passion for healthcare to lead transformative projects within their organisation. As a vital member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in their UK side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
* Utilise Agile methodologies to drive efficiency, adaptability, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, fostering communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
* Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and best practices in programme management within healthcare sector.
* Strong end to end delivery management experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector.
* Strong background in Agile project management methodologies, with certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results in a complex and challenging environment.
* Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
